DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL / DBW ELECTRICAL

Electrical fault finding & repairs.

A circuit that keeps tripping, a socket that has stopped working or an intermittent lighting problem needs a clear diagnosis. DBW Electrical arranges fault finding and explains the repair options before further work is agreed.

Hertfordshire · Cambridgeshire · London & surrounding areas

THE RIGHT SCOPE FOR YOUR PROPERTY

What DBW provides

Tell us what has changed, which parts of the property are affected and when the fault occurs. Those details help us plan the visit, but the cause needs to be established on site. We keep the investigation and any additional remedial work clear, so you understand what has been found and what is being proposed.

Tripping circuits

Investigation of recurring loss of power and protective-device operation, taking account of the installation and connected equipment.

Failed sockets and lighting

Assessment of outlets, switches and lighting circuits that are no longer working as expected. Repairs or replacement parts are agreed around the findings.

Clear repair recommendations

An explanation of the issue and the proposed next step, including further investigation where a fault cannot be reproduced during the initial visit.

OUR EXPERIENCE & APPROACH

Straightforward communication about electrical work

DBW’s customer feedback includes investigation of a washing-machine circuit that was tripping, repairs to extractor fans and diagnosis of an outdoor lighting fault. These jobs show why finding the cause matters before choosing a repair. We explain the findings for your property and agree any further work that is needed.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Service FAQs

Can you diagnose the fault from a photo?

Photos can help us prepare, but they do not replace on-site inspection and testing. Send clear photos only where it is safe to do so, without removing covers.

Does the first visit include every repair?

The agreed visit scope determines what is included. Some faults need parts or a separate repair visit; we discuss additional work before proceeding.

Do you investigate faults in business premises too?

Yes. Tell us about the premises, operating hours and affected equipment so access and any disruption can be planned.
