All work is carried out by qualified technicians and electricians, with appropriate certification provided for the work undertaken. DBW carries public liability cover up to £5 million, professional indemnity cover up to £1 million and employers’ liability cover up to £10 million.
Insurance documentation is available on request. You have one point of contact and a written quote setting out the agreed scope.

Can you replace fluorescent fittings with LEDs?
We can assess an LED replacement project. The appropriate solution depends on the existing fittings, wiring, ceiling and the lighting needs of the space.
Will an LED upgrade reduce our bills?
It may reduce lighting energy use, depending on the existing installation, proposed wattage, controls and operating hours. Any estimate should be based on your actual project.
Can the work be phased?
Phasing can be discussed around departments, floors or operating hours. Access arrangements and the proposed programme are agreed before work starts.
