THE RIGHT SCOPE FOR YOUR PROPERTY

What DBW provides

Send us the report, schedule of defects or description of the changes you need. We review the information, arrange a site assessment where needed and separate the proposed work into a clear scope. That gives you a practical basis for discussing access, priorities and budgets with the people responsible for the building.

Work arising from inspection findings

A proposal tied to the findings and locations in the supplied report, with further investigation identified where the required remedy cannot yet be confirmed.

Planned improvements

Replacement fittings, circuit alterations and electrical upgrades considered alongside your occupancy, future equipment and maintenance needs.

Phased delivery

A programme that accounts for access, planned interruptions and other contractors. Changes to the scope are discussed before additional work proceeds.

OUR EXPERIENCE & APPROACH

One point of contact across electrical and specialist work

DBW's published projects cover school access control, pharmacy CCTV, lighting and air-conditioning electrical supplies. This range is useful when a building needs several coordinated improvements. For remedial work, we relate the proposal to the actual findings at your site and provide the appropriate documentation for the work completed.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Service FAQs

Can you quote from an EICR?

A report is a useful starting point. Some observations need a site visit or investigation before a firm remedial scope can be agreed.

Can you work around school or office hours?

Access windows and phasing can be discussed when the work is planned. Tell us about occupied areas and any restrictions so they can be reflected in the quotation.

Will the original report become satisfactory automatically?

Completed repairs need the appropriate evidence and verification. We clarify the documentation and any further inspection required for the specific findings, rather than promising an automatic change to an existing report.
