What DBW provides
A garden office with computers and heating has different requirements from a shed with a light and an occasional tool. We ask about the intended use first, then assess the existing supply and the route between buildings. That helps establish a suitable electrical scope and makes the responsibilities for trenching, reinstatement and internal finishes clear.

All work is carried out by qualified technicians and electricians, with appropriate certification provided for the work undertaken. DBW carries public liability cover up to £5 million, professional indemnity cover up to £1 million and employers’ liability cover up to £10 million.
Insurance documentation is available on request. You have one point of contact and a written quote setting out the agreed scope.

Can you supply power to a detached garage?
We can assess a detached garage supply. The route, distance, existing installation and equipment demand all affect the proposal.
Do you carry out the trenching?
Groundwork requirements and who is responsible for excavation and reinstatement are agreed in the quote. Please mention hard landscaping or other access restrictions when you enquire.
Can you include internet access for a garden office?
Yes, we can discuss a separate data connection and Wi-Fi provision as part of the project. The best arrangement depends on distance, cable routes and how you use the space.
